Français : « Ça, c’est juste…écoeurant! », s’est exclamé le premier chanceux qui y a goûté pour la première fois. (Il arrive en effet que les mots manquent pour qualifier une telle croquée de bonheur.) C’est ainsi qu’est née la Noix d’Érable. On était convaincus d’avoir trouvé le mariage parfait entre le croquant bien beurré de la pacane et le bon goût de l’érable. On vous propose l’équilibre idéal entre le sucré et le salé, en plus d’être nutritif et rempli d’antioxydants (si vous avez besoin de vous déculpabiliser!). Nos noix sont faites maison, avec les coulées d’exception de notre érablière familiale. Et, faut-il le dire, beaucoup d’amour. On vous met au défi de n’en croquer qu’une…!

English : << That's simply... insane!»> was the first reaction of our lucky first taster. (Yes, words sometimes fail to describe such a bite of happiness!). This is how La Noix d'Érable was born. We were then convinced that we had found the perfect match between the buttery and crunchy taste of pecans and the rich flavor of authentic maple syrup. It's the perfect combination of sweet and salty, as well as being nutritious and packed with antioxidants (if you must find a reason to eat it guilt-free!). Our nuts are homemade, with only the best maple syrup produced in our own sugar shack. Plus, it must be said, we make every bag with a lot of love. Bet you can't eat just one...!

Francais : Un commentaire sur plusieurs lèvres rendues sucrées et salées par nos Noix d’érable : « Ça goûte le ciel! ». Était-il possible de monter plus haut (sans frôler la démesure)? Eh bien oui! Un matin, en sirotant leur cappuccino, deux gourmands ont pioché dans le sac de pacanes à l’érable laissé ouvert sur le comptoir. Le mariage déjà heureux de la pacane et de l’érable s’est unit aux arômes de café, formant ainsi un délicieux trio. Après moult essais et erreurs, on a créé la pacane Érable et Café, avec nos noix, croquantes à l’extérieur et tendres à l’intérieur, les meilleures coulées de notre érablière familiale et du café fraîchement moulu. Que vous soyez amateurs de café ou non, vous ne saurez résister!

English : A comment on many lips made sweet and salty by our Maple Nuts: "It tastes like heaven!" Was it possible to go higher (without going overboard)? Well, yes! One morning, while sipping their cappuccino, two gourmands reached into the bag of maple pecans left open on the counter. The already happy marriage of pecan and maple joined with the coffee aromas, forming a delicious trio. After much trial and error, we created Maple & Coffee Pecan, with our nuts, crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside, the best maple Syrup produced in our own sugar shack and freshly ground coffee. Whether you are a coffee lover or not, you won't be able to resist!
